In this workshop, we’ll show you how to use creativity as a tool to release anxious thoughts, quiet outside noise, and step away from the chaos of screens. Led by multidisciplinary artist Ragni Agarwal and storyteller Sundeep Morrison, we’ll guide you through our creative practices that help us find calm amidst the chaos. Rooted Bloom offers creative release sessions in a safe space to explore what it means to bloom among the weeds and foster a practice of release, reclaiming, and rebuilding.
